Steven J. Stein, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and the founder and CEO of Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), a leading psychological test-publishing company.  He is the author of Make Your Workplace Great: The 7 Keys to an Emotionally Intelligent Workplace and co-author of the international bestseller The EQ Edge: Emotional Intelligence and Your Success. He previously held the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and taught in the Psychology Department at York University (Toronto). He is a leading expert on psychological assessment, and has consulted with the Canadian Armed Forces, the U.S. Air Force, FBI, and special units of the Pentagon. He has also worked with numerous corporate clients, including American Express, Air Canada, Coca Cola, CIBC, as well as several professional sports teams.

Derek T.Y. Mann, Ph.D., is currently a Senior Research Associate at Multi-Health Systems a Performance Enhancement Consultant and co-founder of the Performance Psychology Group, LLC (PPG), an organization responsible for providing coaching services to athletes and corporate executives across North America.

Peter Papadogiannis, Ph.D., is a researcher, trainer, lecturer, and consultant, who has worked in a variety of organizational, athletic, and academic settings. Within organizational settings, much of his work has been focused on the area of leadership development. At Multi-Health Systems (MHS), Inc., Papadogiannis currently holds the position of Senior Research Associate and Trainer Liaison. Much of his time at MHS is devoted to the development of emotional intelligence assessments, supporting training initiatives, and the creation of various training curriculum materials.

Wendy Gordon has held leadership and instructional design roles in the field of technical communication for more than ten years. During her eight years with MHS she has contributed to the development of emotional intelligence tools and supporting materials.
