KAYE OTTEN, Ph.D., is a behavior and autism specialist who is known nationally for her groundbreaking, effective strategies for managing difficult behavior.  She has worked with children with behavior challenges for more than 15 years as a classroom teacher, special educator, and behavior specialist. Otten provides monthly trainings on behavior management for school districts throughout her home state of Missouri, and is also a popular presenter on these topics across the country at professional development workshops and educational conferences. She is co-founder of Camp Encourage, a highly acclaimed overnight camp for children with autism spectrum disorders.

 JODIE TUTTLE, M.Ed., worked as a teacher of behaviorally challenged students for thirteen years. She currently works as a behavior specialist for preschool to high school-aged students.
