KAYE OTTEN, Ph.D., is a behavior and autism specialist who is known nationally for her groundbreaking, effective strategies for managing difficult behavior.  She has worked with children with behavior challenges for more than 15 years as a classroom teacher, special educator, and behavior specialist.
