Shari Aaron is the Founder of Climb the Green Ladder, a US based consultancy that helps clients to see the value of sustainability in the new marketplace reality.  Shari provides training and research programs to businesses that strive to achieve a greater level of profitability and social responsibility. Her work strengthens company’s competitive advantage by training and motivating employees in sustainability so they can find innovative, profitable solutions. Additionally, Shari is a steering committee member of the NY Women Social Entrepreneurs in New York City and a member of Net Impact Professional Chapter.

Amy Fetzer is a journalist, author, consultant and founder of Climb the Green Ladder UK. She is passionate about the planet and helping to solve its problems. Her work focuses on creating engaging communications – from environmental white papers to magazine articles – that inform, entertain and inspire. Amy studied Sustainable Development at the University of Surrey for a Masters degree.
