Kit Yarrow, Ph.D. is a consumer research psychologist, a professor of both business and psychology, and a recognized consumer expert. She appears regularly on Good Morning America and Marketplace and speaks frequently in the U.S and Europe, applying psychology to business, society and shopping. Yarrow chairs the psychology department at San Francisco-based Golden Gate University and is the university’s 2009 Outstanding Scholar. Jayne O’Donnell is the retail reporter for the nation’s largest circulation newspaper, USA Today.
