Arthur L. Jue is Director of Intelligence and Operations for Global Organization & Talent Development at Oracle. He has extensive senior leadership experience in technology companies, such as IBM and Hyperion, and serves on the boards of directors for a number of financial services, educational, and non-profit organizations. He also serves on the editorial review board of the Journal of Management, Spirituality, and Religion (JMSR), the Academy of Management's MSR Executive Board, and the Board of Directors for the International Leadership Association. 

Jackie Alcalde Marr is the Director of Organization & Talent Development for Oracle, North America. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of organization development, she has expertise in change management consulting, team effectiveness and leadership development. Jackie has lived abroad and has worked with Fortune 100 organizations in Europe, Latin America and Asia. She is a certified leadership, team, and personal coach, and an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Francisco, teaching graduate level courses in organization development. 

Mary Ellen Kassotakis is the Leadership Development Center Director within Oracle's Global Organization & Talent Development group. Her areas of global expertise include organization development, leadership development, strategic planning, diversity and change management. Mary Ellen is certified as a leadership coach and as a Human Performance Technologist. She is an active member of the Organization Development Network and serves on the International Leadership Association's Business Committee Executive Board.
