Student Academic Services: An Integrated Approach

Gary L. Kramer is associate dean of student academic and advisement services and professor in the Counseling Psychology Department at Brigham Young University. He formerly served as president of the National Academic Advising Association and won the Virginia Gordon Award for Excellence in Advising in 1994.
