Sarbanes-Oxley for Nonprofit Boards: A New Governance Paradigm

PEGGY M. JACKSON, DPA, CPCU, is a consultant and nationally recognized lecturer in risk management, business continuity planning, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
