James J. Cochran, PhD, is Bank of Ruston, Barnes, Thompson, and Thurman Endowed Research Professor in the College of Business at Louisiana Tech University.           

Louis Anthony Cox, Jr., PhD, is President of Cox Associates, a Denver-based applied research company specializing in quantitative health risk assessment, statistical and probabilistic risk analysis, data mining, and operations research. He is also Honorary Full Professor of Mathematics at the University of Colorado at Denver.                   

P?nar Keskinocak, PhD, is Professor in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.                                                                                       

Jeffrey P. Kharoufeh, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.                                                                                                                                                

J. Cole Smith, PhD, is Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida.
