Richard H. Blockley was previously Head of Technical Programmes at BAE Systems, UK. Wei Shyy was until July 2010 the Clarence L. "Kelly" Johnson Collegiate Professor and Chair of the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan, USA. He has since joined Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as Provost.
