About the Authors

James A. George has over 25 years’ experience as a Performance Improvement Consultant to the Federal Government, and to commercial customers. His focus is on acquisition, technology, and logistics. He is currently Management Director at ManTech International Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia.

James A. Rodger is Professor in the MIS/Decision Sciences department of the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  He has done consulting work for the Department of Defense, among many other federal agencies.
