Erik Wesner is a widely recognized independent expert on the Amish and their business practices. His research has been endorsed by the leading Anabaptist scholar in the US, Donald Kraybill.  Erik previously served as Snowden Fellow at the Young Center for Anabaptist and Pietist Studies at Elizabethtown College. He credits his adoption of Amish business ways for his record breaking sales record at the Southwestern Company. Erik divides his time between Lancaster County, PA, where he has strong ties to the Amish community, and Poland, the country of his roots.  He also writes the popular Amish America blog.
